Our Refund Policy

Our policy is valid for 14 days.  If 14 days have elapsed since the delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.



If you wish to return the product, a dedicated return address is already provided. However, before proceeding with the return, you must notify us by e-mail at info@nerimode.com please provide a detailed reason for the return and attach photographs of the defective or damaged product. This procedure will enable us to assess your request and process it in the most appropriate manner.

Please note that customers who proceed with the return of a product without having contacted us in advance will be considered invalid.

 

PRODUCT RETURN CRITERIA


If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased items within 14 days of receipt of your order without giving any reason. the 14-day period begins on the day the last package is received. In order to receive a full refund, you must return the products in appropriate packaging. The items must not have been used, worn or damaged more than is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.

We kindly ask you to respect these conditions:

  • The product is in its original condition and packaging.
  • Clothing products have the label attached.
  • The accessories have every part in the original packaging.

The return request may be refused if it turns out that the above-mentioned conditions have not been met.

Return instructions will be communicated after contacting us, shipping is the responsibility of the returning customer.

As soon as we receive the return we will process it within 3/5 days.

Any refund will be made using the same method used to pay for the order.


Refunds (if applicable)  Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original form of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or no refund   (if applicable)  If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. 
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially sent out.
Then contact your bank.  It often takes a certain amount of processing time before a refund is issued.

Clearance Items (if applicable)  Regular prices are refundable, unfortunately clearance items are non-refundable. Exchanges (if applicable)  We only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to replace them with the same item, email us at officialstore1@gmail.com

  

Gifts  If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.  A gift card will be sent to you once the returned item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the donor had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the donor and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping The shipping costs for returning the item are to be borne by you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.   

Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for your replaced product to reach you.

If you are shipping an item over €60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
